Circus, carnival and street arts is a rapidly expanding sector throughout the UK and Europe producing an array of exciting and innovative performances for people across the spectrum.
The discussion day is a chance to find out what is happening across Wales, the UK and further afield, to encourage debate and inform ACW future arts policy in relation to these sectors.

Carnival from Pax Nindi - Artistic Director Combined Arts Services, ACE advisor carnival.
Circus from Verena Cornwall - Circus, Street Arts and Spectacle Adviser to the Arts Council, Republic of Ireland
Street Theatre from Heather Brown - Cardiff Council Events
Outdoor spectacle, by Irish company Fidget Feet, from Elen ap Robert, artistic director of Galeri in Caernarfon.
Discussion panel - Steve Fletcher - SWICA, Ali Williams - NoFit State Circus, David Everleigh - Hay On Fire.
