Calling all recent circus school graduates or talented self-taught would be circus performers
Over the next three years ACE is funding NoFit State Circus to provide apprentice training to talented young people with a background in acrobatics, parkour or gymnastics aged 18-30 who have a strong desire to become contemporary circus artists.
The company is looking for three people to join us from April 2012 for a year of professional development training supported by a bursary from the company. Successful applicants will be from England but will need to relocate to Cardiff to work and train in the company’s circus centre for part of the year and part of the year will be spent on tour working with the professional company.

NoFit State Circus - producer development scheme (Producer apprenticeships)
Ever wanted to become a producer for contemporary circus and need an opportunity to learn the ropes?
Over the next three years ACE is funding NoFit State Circus to support the development of new circus producers.
The project starts in April 2012 by creating two new posts, paid at different levels depending on starting experience. The posts are suitable for recent arts management graduates and more experienced Arts Professionals that would like to work in the contemporary circus sector. The successful candidates will work with the company’s creative directors to support professional projects and will be supported to create opportunities to produce their own project within the company.
The posts are for one year with potential for one candidate to complete a second year alongside a new apprentice producer in 2013.
