Circus Glory is a static trapeze school in Primrose Hill, owned and run by famous Genevieve Monastesse. She personally teaches all the classes for adults and children and is known to be one of the best aerial teachers in Europe. After years of successful career as aerialist performing for Circus de Solei, in music videos, fillms, charity galas as well as in front of royalty, Genevieve teaches at Circus Glory as well as training some of the most successful aerialist at the National Centre of Circus Arts.
The key principle of Circus Glory trapeze class is that every participant receives personal attention from Genevievie and has one-to-one tips to correct their form and technique. This speeds up overall learning progress and allows a person to naturally perform to a high standard overtime.
The session lasts 1.15h and consists of a 10min warm up and conditioning before working on the trapeze (this can consist of a short routines or an individual moves depending on the level of the class).
Adult trapeze classes run 3 times a week:
Monday 1.30pm-2.45pm, Wednesday 1pm-2.15pm, Friday 1.30pm-2.45pm
It is recommended to commit to a regular training to see visible results – once or twice a week for at least a month.
